About the role
You'll build websites for small businesses, startups and growing brands, working closely with our founder, who has 10+ years of WordPress experience. Expect real client projects from your first week, and plenty of room to learn AI-accelerated ways of working.
What you'll do
- Build responsive WordPress websites with Elementor and Astra Pro.
- Customise themes, plugins and WooCommerce stores.
- Keep client sites fast, secure and up to date on monthly care plans.
- Migrate sites and set up domains, hosting and SSL.
- Work with our designers and marketers to launch on time.
What you'll bring
- 1–3 years building WordPress websites.
- Comfortable with Elementor, WooCommerce and the basics of PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- An eye for detail and responsive design.
- Clear written English for working with international clients, and a reliable remote setup.

- Shopify experience
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Experience with AI coding tools
